Co-curricular Educational Activities
At MSB. Bangalore

As we are working in an environment which is called deeni Mahol and where Deen and Dunya go hand in hand. The overall development of a child depends on the system of teaching and learning carried out in the school.At MSB, we conduct different types of co-curricular educational activities. The activities are designed to enhance the curriculum as well as to build life-long interests and hobbies in students. These activities are also aimed at developing social skills such as ability to work well with others, ability to get along, sociability and work habits like punctuality, and diligence. The values of teamwork and social skills are highly valued in addition to academic performance, and can give to better prospects for children.

Objectives
1. To help students to be prepared to face unpredictable surprises and new challenges of life.
2. To inform and enlighten on the basis of generally accepted truths and to generate and sustain a healthy curiosity that will in the future make them a seeker of true knowledge.
3. To make every exercise enjoyable and fruitful experience.
4. To develop his or her working ability, senses, team work, technical skills, management etc.
5. To help the student in his or her daily requirement for subject studies and improvement of academic results.

Nature of Activities
There is less insistence on memory work and more focus on understanding and application. The activities highlight the principles, values, qualities and their application in different spheres of life/society. Some of the deeni Activities develop importance, awareness and confidence in a child to be an active part of Momin society and in future to be an active, responsible and over all an educated Momin.

Awards
The Houses are awarded with points and individual students with Privilege Cards according to their performance in the activities so that they develop competitive spirit to compete and survive in the changing world.
