Code of Conduct

  • All teachers, students and parents will respect the institute, its rules and regulations, and personal rights, co-operate and support each other, and take responsibility for a safe and effective learning environment in the school.
  • The teacher's right to teach and a student's right to learn should not be disturbed by the actions of others.
  • All teaching and non-teaching staff should be treated with respect and dignity, especially persons in positions of authority.

Unavoidable Requirements

  • Ignorance of school rules and regulations of the school is an irresponsible behaviour from the part of a parent. Every parent needs to ensure that students strictly adhere to all rules and regulations given in School Diary and Parents’ Manual on Uniforms, Taharat and Cleanliness, Namaaz, Niyaz, Absence and Leave, Procedures of Admission and Withdrawal, School Fess, Discipline, etc.
  • Ensure that your children regularly pray with devotion all Namaaz, Zohar, and are regular for Fajr and Maghrib.
  • Your children need your presence more than your presents. Show an active interest in your child's school work and progress. Motivate the children by actively involving yourself in the development and studies of your child
  • Closely monitor and support your child to study well by ensuring that your child acquires good study habits like study of daily lessons, regular revision, framing and strictly following a regular routine for home-study, completion of home works on time and active participation in all extra-curricular activities.
  • Don't handicap your children by making their lives easy. Discourage and prevent your children from watching unhealthy programmes on television, playing too much of video-games, unwanted use of mobile phones, etc.

Communication

  • Ø At least once in a month, with prior appointment, interact with concerned subject teachers and muraquebeens for academic and behavioral feedback of your children. Ø Regularly check the School Diary to follow up the school instructions and acknowledge the same by duly signing it.
  • Communicate regularly with the school on all important academic matters pertaining to the your child

Uniform and Grooming

  • Ø While visiting the school, Mumeen always have to wear TOPI and Mumenaat should wear Rida.
  • Ø Parent should take care to the fullest that Misaq girls wear RIDA always
  • Help your child to be neat, appropriately dressed and be prepared for school with all required books and stationeries as per the requirements of the school given in the School Diary.

Discipline

  • As part of student’s Tarbiyat, Teachers and Muraquabeen have the right to correct the student’s mistakes and behavior in the school and Masjid مجتمع
  • Encourage and assist your child in following all the rules and regulations of the school. The values and good behaviour that you as parents and school instills and cultivates in students becomes the foundation for your child’s life.
  • Cooperate with the school staff in dealing with disciplinary issues
  • Ensure that your child attends school regularly and punctually and report promptly to the school in case of your child’s absence or late arrival to the school.
  • The School Management, Masool and Principal have the authority to suspend the students who do not adhere to the code of conduct and discipline policies of the school.

School Fees

  • Monthly fees should be paid as per the rules given in the School Diary of the Academic Year.
  • The students whose School fees not paid for more than three months, without any written intimation to the school from the parent, will be asked to discontinue from attending classes in the school.

Issue of Certificates

  • Academic Progress Report and Mark Sheets will be issued only after the clearance of school dues.
  • It is compulsory that both the parents (father and mother) should come for collecting the Report Card on Open Day.
  • Transfer Certificate for student of class X will be issued with student name of the students as given on Mark Sheet.
  • For students up to Class IX, the Transfer Certificate will be issued with student’s name and date of birth given in the Data Sheet. The Data Sheet given in the School Diary needs to be filled in with Student’s name and date of birth as given in the Birth Certificate.
  • Any change in student’s name or surname will be made only with affidavit from the court.
  • Transfer Certificate will be issued only against formal application and no verbal request will be accepted. Transfer Certificate will be issued after 7 days from the submission of application form.
  • Transfer Certificate will be issued only after receiving the ‘All Dues Clearance Statement’ from A/C Office, Librarian and Class Teacher.

Leave Rules

  • Just as you have rules at home, all schools have rules too; each school has its own unique set of rules, although some rules apply at all schools. Rules help the school run smoothly, making it a safe and happy learning place for our child. Students are more likely to feel safe and secure in a school with learning atmosphere.
    1. Leave means authorized absence from school.
    2. No leave can be claimed as matter of right,
    3. Students who have been absent from class, must have the reason for their absence briefly noted in their “Daily Diary” reasons of a private nature may be intimated by a letter birthdays, excursions, urgent business are not sufficient reasons.
    4. Students must be punctual for class. To be admitted to the class room, those who have been absent and late-comers, must show their teacher, their “Daily Diary” duly countersigned by the Principal / Masool / Class Teacher.
    5. Those who return to school after absenting themselves without leave, shall not enter the class without the sanction of the Principal and without a few lines from the parents on the 'Absence Record' stating the exact reasons for absence. The school disclaims all responsibility if through failure to produce this; a student is obliged to return home during school hours.
    6. Leave applied for specific periods or extended leave may not be granted or postponed by the Principal / Masool if considered necessary for the interest of the pupils and smooth running of the school.
    7. All leave must be applied far in advance of time through a written application addressed to the class teachers. If prior application not be submitted owing to any emergency, i.e. for availing on account of sickness that must be done immediately next day.
    8. It’s a must to attend the first and last day of academic session or summer holidays, leave shall not be affixed or prefixed to any a long vacation / holidays, failing which, a fine of Rs. 250/- is to be paid.
    9. The Principal and Masool will be the sanctioning authority for granting leave.
    10. If any student remaining absent for 3 days for reason of illness, shall submit a certificate from a registered medical practitioner along with leave note.
    11. During leave periods if any child misses the unit test or term examination, it will not be taken again.
    12. If any student remains absence for more than granted leave or without leave parents have to pay Rs. 250/- per day per child without any argument.

Evaluation & Promotion System

In an academic year there will be two terms. Based on this the syllabus has been divided in to 55% (I term) and 45%(II term). Written assignments/projects/class tests/unit tests will be conducted to ensure continuous and regular revision of lessons taught in the class. This system will help the child for regular studies at home.

  • The portion for the terminal exams will include 75% lessons taken during the term.
  • Passing marks in all subjects will be 40% for Class V to VIII, and will be promoted if student scores 40% aggregate marks without failure in core subjects.
  • For clss IX passing marks in all subjects will be 40% with aggregate marks of 50% and above without failing in any subject for promotion.
  • Promotion will be purely of the basis of marks and student's conduct in the school.
  • Cumulative amrks of both the terms will be taken into consideration for promotion.
  • Passing in core subjects (English, Mathematics, Science) is compulsory for promotion. If any child fails in any one of the above subjects, he/she will not be promoted.
  • If child will score below passing marks in more than two subjects in secular or Uloom Deeniyah subjects, he/she will not be promoted even if the over all percentage is above passing marks.
  • If child performs well in Uloom Diniyah subjects and fails in secular subjects, similarly if performs well in secular subjects and fails in Uloom Deeniyah subjects, he/she will not be promoted.
  • If child is absent in class test, retest will not be taken in any circumstance or medical ground if parents produce proper doctor's certificate, marks will be given according to previous performance in class test and term test.
  • No term examination for Pre-Primary and Primary section, only monthly evaluation will be there as per class work & assessment.
